Major development proposal – 4 million-square-foot industrial project proposed in El Dorado Hills
A development seven times the size of Golden 1 Center could be coming to a rural community, and neighbors are not happy.
COMPLETED March 15, 2023 EDH APAC monthly meeting. The Meeting will be help at the [El Dorado Hills Fire Station 85 Executive Conference Room 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm]. The proposal is for two buildings totaling 4 million square feet, and is projected to employ 2,000. This replaces a previous proposal for the 900 home Creekside Village residential development.
