CSD finalized its response to the scathing Grand Jury Report. Heritage Village homeowners are mentioned repeatedly in negative terms by CSD. For example, consider this passage:
“Heritage Park area residents may not wish to be gracious members of the El Dorado Hills community .. The Grand Jury should be embarrassed to have included this finding in its report because it amounts to an endorsement of the narrow-mindedness of a specific subset of Heritage Park homeowners”
